We believe that today’s children are the leaders of tomorrow. As an ongoing mission to empower our community’s youth, Necessary Steps 2 Succeed provides mentoring, services, and hope for teens. Our vision is to provide a nurturing environment for children to reach and fulfill their potential. We believe that all boys and girls should have a safe recreational learning environment. A space where they can act like kids and grow up at the same time. NS2S will focus on providing therapeutic activities that will support and help families in the community. Our goal is to increase student success, graduation rate, and happiness. While decreasing juvenile crime, alcohol, sex, drugs, and tobacco use.

NS2S Is Committed to Enriching the Lives of Youth
NS2S is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization that provides mentoring, services, hope, and programs for the youth. With ages ranging between 11-15 teen years. We also have summer sport camps and raise money for Leukemia.
Our Founder/ CEO is Myra Mounds author of NS2S -You are a Star! and Rolling the Dice! Married thirty-two years and a mother of four. Her life experiences inspired her to create this non-profit charitable organization. Children have so much to offer to the world - we believe in the power that they hold and know that they will mold future generations to come.
At NS2S Center for the Youth INC., we are here to give them the support they need in order to shape them into leaders of the future. We have a number of educational programs and leadership initiatives that help nurture our youth and help them develop the skills they will carry throughout their lives. Impacting the Lives of Youth Since 2010
Since 2010, we have contributed to the development of children in the greater Fort Lauderdale, Florida area through our athletic program. Our free summer sport camps are centered on instilling strong values into our youth and provides a space for them to expand their mind. While developing new technique and skills to help them as individuals in the sport field of choose.
NS2S Llama Girl's Club which empowers young teen girls to have self-respect, etiquette, confidence, home economics, and to develop leadership skills. Through engaging activities, open discussions, and positive mentorship, we teach the importance of valuing oneself and others. Our program emphasizes kindness, non-bullying behavior, and the power of lifting each other up, helping girls grow into strong respectful, and compassionate leaders of tomorrow.
We have partnered with RO CARES FOUNDATION a non-profit organization that provides mentoring, personal development, free-haircuts, hygiene education, school supplies, and community programs. The programs will promote wellness, self-confidence, and leadership. RO CARES FOUNDATION mission is to uplift and empower youth in underserved communities in the Michigan region.
